Each day begins and ends with a beautiful Christ-centered meditation and Gentle/Restorative yoga class.

Almost every yoga class has students who have chronic conditions they learn to live with like Cardiac Care, Heart Health, Hypertension, Circulatory issues, Diabetes, Strokes, Nervous System Issues, Chronic Systemic Illness like Cancer, CFS, General Chronic Pain from Fibromyalgia; Young and old alike.

How do you cue people to develop hope and strength? What foods are best for them? These 2-days address these issues. Your lead teacher is a Naturopathic Doctor who is also a graduate of Iyengar’s Yoga Therapy Program. The combination presents a powerful learning opportunity.

After the informational educational sessions, afternoons are completed in practicum sessions where students will teach these new skills to one another to actualize their learning.

A deeply thoughtful and practical course designed to enhance teacher’s employment opportunities by teaching them advanced yogic therapeutic skills so they can help themselves and their current/future students prevent injury and relieve pain and suffering.
