Learn how to inspire others by showing them postures, modifications, cues, prayers and self-talk that serve to empower victims to build a healthy and intentional life.

Understand the importance of regular yoga practice for care givers and survivors. Learn the importance of meditation, prayer, journaling and self-reflection in the healing process.

Class practicum each day teaching classmates what you have learned is always part of your daily educational experience.

A deeply thoughtful and practical course designed to enhance teacher’s employment opportunities by teaching them advanced yogic therapeutic skills so they can help themselves and their current/future students prevent injury and relieve pain and suffering.
