Each day begins and ends with a beautiful Christ-centered meditation and Gentle/Restorative yoga class.

Different chronic conditions require different types of adjusting by teachers. Addiction & Trauma recovery need a healing touch as students learn 12-Step Addiction & Trauma Recovery cueing, postures, modifications, journaling and prayers. Learning the dynamics of adjusting, cueing, eating and postures that address these chronic conditions enhance your opportunities to teach and help those recovering.

Each day students practice teaching what they are learning to each other for a comprehensive learning experience.

A deeply thoughtful and practical course designed to enhance teacher’s employment opportunities by teaching them advanced yogic therapeutic skills so they can help themselves and their current/ future students prevent injury and relieve pain and suffering.
